Please Complete the form to sign your kids up for Soccer Camp 2023. Every family needs to complete their own form.

Registration cost is $10 dollars due on the first night of camp. Cash or check only.

Sign up deadline to guarantee your kid gets a shirt is June 9th. Online registration closes June 19th.

Dates and locations of camp:

Tuesday June 20 - Thursday June 23 6:30-8 pm at the MSA Sport Spot.
Family Dinner and Awards June 24 at the West Michigan Friendship Center.
